How Our Facility Program Works

Seamless Scheduling

ResidentStylist works with your administrative and activities teams to establish recurring or one-time service days. Appointments are organized into 2-hour blocks at a flat rate of $100 per hour, accommodating up to eight residents per session. This structure ensures efficiency, minimal disruption, and guaranteed availability.

Each resident (or their responsible party) completes a consent form before services begin. Our team provides templates and guides for your admissions office to include in new resident packets, ensuring smooth enrollment and compliance.

Day-of-Service Process

On scheduled days, our stylist arrives fully equipped and ready to serve. Residents are prepared by staff and transported to the salon area or designated grooming space. Stylists handle each session professionally and efficiently — With tracking of completed jobs if required for record keeping.

Invoices are issued immediately after services and can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Monthly statements summarize any unpaid balances for easy tracking. Prompt payments ensure continuity of service and support consistent staffing across all partner facilities.
