1. Overview & Service Scope

Welcome to Resident Stylist ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We provide specialized, mobile cosmetology and hair care services tailored for older adults, residents in senior living communities, memory care facilities, and homebound individuals across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area (operating within a 50-mile radius of Goodyear, AZ 85338).

By booking an appointment online, signing a facility partnership agreement, or receiving services from Resident Stylist, you ("Client", "Facility Partner", or "Representative") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Cosmetology & Non-Medical Status

Resident Stylist stylists hold active Arizona State Cosmetology Licenses and comprehensive professional liability insurance.

• Services are strictly limited to professional non-medical cosmetology, including haircuts, wash & sets, blowouts, gentle hair coloring, and styling.
• Stylists do not perform medical procedures, podiatry, nail care, or skin treatments.
• For residents in memory care or assisted living, family members or facility staff must provide any necessary care instructions prior to service start.

3. Appointments, Rates & Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking via credit card / electronic payment. All currency values are calculated in integer cents to ensure accuracy. For care facility partner accounts, custom monthly billing invoicing terms may apply under executed partner agreements.

5. Safety, Environment & Access

For home visits and facility appointments:

• The appointment location must provide a safe, well-lit, non-smoking workspace with access to clean water and an electrical outlet.
• Stylists reserve the right to decline or halt services immediately if safety concerns, aggressive pets, or hazardous conditions arise, without refund eligibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Resident Stylist and its independent contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays caused by severe weather, traffic disruptions beyond control, or undisclosed client medical conditions.
